Everton-Manchester City Preview

Being tipped as a title favourite before the ball is even kicked can cause a lot of pressure on a football club. If there is one side in the Premier League that is equipped to handle such speculation, it could be Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola's boys are aiming to make it a clean six points from their opening two matches on Monday night against Everton at the Etihad.

The Citizens were handed a tough draw on fixture release day as they traveled to face new boys Brighton and Hove Albion, but Guardiola's men were up to the task. Sergio Aguero netted in the 70th minute to go with an own goal from Lewis Dunk five minutes later as the visitors claimed the 2-0 victory.
